A Strawberry Mudslide is a fruitier adaptation of the Classic Mudslide cocktail, with vodka, sweet liqueurs, ice cream, and frozen strawberries in a blended, milkshake-like adult beverage.
Instead of a coffee liqueur used by traditional mudslides, almond notes pair better with the strawberries, and Amaretto, an almond liqueur, is subbed out for Kahlua. Moreover, the strawberry mudslide is made frozen, and unlike its parent, it’s blended into a thick mixture instead of shaken and served on the rocks.
The soft pink, easily drinkable concoction is a hit on Valentines’s Day, Mother’s Day, or even baby showers and can be garnished with chocolate sauce, graham crackers, sprinkles, or any decor to match an event.

Ingredients
- 1 oz. Vodka
- 1 oz. Almond liqueur
- 1 oz. Bailey’s Strawberry & Cream Liqueur
- 1 scoop ice cream
- Frozen strawberries
- Garnish: Whipped cream
How to Make
Place vodka, liqueur, ice cream, and strawberries into a blender. Blend until milkshake consistency, with the strawberries fully emulsified. Pour into a Hurricane glass and top with a dollop of whipped cream. Garnish with a strawberry on the rim and serve with a straw.
Optional garnishes: Drizzle lines of chocolate sauce on the insides of each glass before pouring the mixture into the hurricane glass. or dip the rim in chocolate sauce and follow by dipping the rim a second time into finely crushed graham crackers.
