A Pumpkin Mudslide cocktail is a fall, holiday-season spin on a Classic Mudslide, containing equal parts vanilla vodka, pumpkin spice liqueur, and coffee liqueur. A traditional mudslide uses a standard Irish cream liqueur, but Bailey’s makes a spiked pumpkin spice that morphs the classic into a seasonal treat.
Pumpkin spice mudslides are impossibly easy to make if made the traditional way on the rocks. But this variation can also be made frozen with the addition of ice cream, ice and a blender.
